Kelti Manning, Founder and Managing Director
Kelti graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Political Science. While working part time and raising three children, she earned a Masters degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Union University. In addition to teaching, Kelti has also served in many different roles, such as Office Administrator, Sales Associate, and Founder of her own company Waking.Up.Me. After decades of classroom and business experience, Kelti joined the CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) program in Arizona, which is a statewide initiative aimed at providing volunteer advocates for abused and neglected children involved in the court system. She now dedicates her time to CASA and the 102 Pacific team in finding new ways and collaborating with others to build a stronger tomorrow.
Brett Manning, CEO
Brett, a graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government before receiving his Master's in Business Administration from Colorado State University. He has worked over 25-years as a Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Global Operations executive with public and private company experience. He has worked in a Fortune 100 business environment for almost 3 decades, and then founded and led several regional divisions in the US, Europe, and Asia for a highly entrepreneurial private business which we scaled to profitable 9-figure exit. Currently, Brett serves as President of Tier Power, a designer and manufacturer of custom Low and Medium Voltage Power Distribution Solutions and he is the Founder of True North Advisory Group.

Currently, he is also a student at Arizona State University studying Geography, specializing in Meteorology and Climatology. He is also a member of the school's Men's ACHA Division I Club Ice Hockey Team.

Connor graduated with a degree in Sports Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. Connor played four years on the school's ACHA Division II Club Ice Hockey team as well as working for the Varsity Sports Show, covering football and other high school sports across Arizona.

Connor played four years on the school's ACHA Division II Club Ice Hockey team as well as working for the Varsity Sports Show, covering football and other high school sports across Arizona. After graduation, Connor began work opportunities in broadcasting for Tier 2 junior hockey and several different NCAA Division I, II, and III collegiate sports. Connor's collaborative nature and attention to detail enhances the overall customer experience at 102 Pacific.

Currently, Brendan is a student at Saint Anselm College, where he is a double major in Accounting and Business Administration with a Management concentration. He is also a member of the school's varsity NCAA Division II Ice Hockey team.
